Intro to Violin and Viola offers a sneak peek into playing a stringed instrument. The class will give an introduction to basic music theory as well as to basic violin/viola technique. The class is best for complete beginners and those with very little experience who want to gain more confidence playing their instrument!
STRING ENSEMBLE with SOPHIA JIMDAR - $75
String Ensemble offers the opportunity to learn how to play with others in a small chamber ensemble. Chamber ensembles can be string quartets, trios, duos, etc. Playing with others gives you a chance to gain confidence playing your instrument as well as improve your collaboration and teamwork skills. The class is best for middle/high school students or those who already have some years of experience playing their instrument.
