Our after school offerings will be taught by three K-12 certified music teachers. Please learn more about these professionals, below. Through a variety of techniques, students are exposed to the art of ensemble playing. Each group will present a short performance at the end of the program, immediately following the final class.
Guitars will not be provided, although the music school has a limited amount of guitars to borrow for the program. (Call the office to reserve) Recorders must be brought from home or purchased from the school (Under $10 each). Keyboards will be provided for the piano class.

Larry Del Casale - Guitar Instructor
Mr. Del Casale is a graduate of the Mannes College of the New School of Music in Manhattan and received a Masters degree in education from the University of New York’s Hunter College. He has NYS Certification in Music (K-12) and served as a Choral Director/Guitar Instructor/Music Department Leader through his exciting career in public school music education. He is now retired from Public education and devotes his life to performance, recording and teaching. He brings his wealth of musical knowledge and performing to every single student he teaches, and is equally fluent with all styles of music, from classical to rock. A tremendous honor was his Latin Grammy Nomination in 2013. The New York Times and other industry periodicals have praised his performances: “Mr. Del Casale is a solid, musician who performs eloquently.” The New York Times
ANDREA MOFFETT - Elementary Music Educator
Andrea Moffett is a native of Westchester County. With her love of playing piano at a very young age, she went on to earn a masters degree in Music Education from Manhattanville College. She enjoys performing at parties, events and is also a piano accompanist for vocalists and instrumentalists. She is a certified NYS K-12 music teacher, and has enjoyed a exemplary career in the Peekskill School District as an outstanding Elementary Music educator. In addition to teaching public school music education, she has been teaching piano lessons at various levels for over 20 years.
CAROL ARRUCCI - (Owner of CSPA) Recorder Instructor
Carol is an award winning, 30-year veteran music teacher. Opening CSPA has been a dream for many years and in 2012 became a reality when she and her husband opened the school in Croton and subsequently Mohegan Lake and Pleasantville. She retired from the Hen Hud School District to give CSPA her full-time attention. Carol has been passionate about training professional children and adults for over 25 years having done so in the community and on Broadway. Voice and piano are Carol’s primary instruments, but she found much joy in performing on the recorder in an Early Music Ensemble and has been a lover of the recorder, every since. She enjoys choral conducting, and has had many experiences conducting orchestras, accompanying vocalists and singing professionally, and presently is the Musical Director of The Westchester Women’s Chorus.
